Reporting a data error
If a code page shows a wrong description, a missing note, or a broken hierarchy link, please tell us. Include the code and the page URL and we will check it against the source CMS file. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly, and we will reply to let you know either way.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal data we hold about you, or to request its deletion, send a message with “Privacy request” as the subject. See the privacy policy for what we do and do not collect.
What we cannot help with
We are a reference site, not a coding service. We cannot tell you which code to assign to a specific patient encounter, review claims, or advise on a denial or appeal. Those decisions require the full medical record and belong to a qualified coder or your payer. See the medical disclaimer.
Response time
We aim to reply to every message within a few business days. Data corrections are prioritised over general enquiries.
